Rules for receiving race kit:

  1. All runners must receive a Race Kit that includes a BIB – identification number, timekeeping device and other race aids. Details of the time, location and items received are posted on the program's official website.
  2. Athletes must provide photo identification and an email containing a QR code (or an assign bib) in electronic or paper form when picking up the race kit to authenticate the entrant and the corresponding BIB number. .
  3. Provide pre-signed power of attorney (if received on behalf of)
  4. Runners are responsible for ensuring that the bib chronograph is properly worn during the race.
  5. Runners will not receive the race-kit after the specified time. The Organizing Committee (BTC) does not deal with the cases of coming to receive the race-kit after the specified time, and is not responsible for any loss, damage or loss caused by the athlete in any way. any. To ensure fairness, BTC will not prolong the race-kit distribution time or ensure all athletes receive the race-kit. Items not received within the above time will be handled by the Organizer at its sole discretion.
